Exclamation Car laggs when I shift hard

So when im driving normal my car feels fine, but when I shift fast it laggs. The car will feel really slow for a few seconds and then pick back up and feels like it should. Now before you say its the clutch, the RPMs arent stuck up high like you would think. They are stuck down low as if i shiften into a gear too big. Im not saying its not the clutch its just not as obvious as if the rpms were stuck up high. Its done this a handfull of times to me. mostly on the 3-4 shift. Any help is welcome! Thanks a lot,
-Ryan

Torque management, trust me. The only way to get rid of it is to get LS1Edit, and turn it off, or have it dynotuned, and turned off then.
