Cam/heads
 

My brother is going to put a new cam in his car and plans to port/polish his heads too. Heads should roughly flow 310+cfms. What cam can put him into the low 11's on motor and roughly around 450rwhp. Not looking for a mild cam. Also, how much lift would it take to get his car this way. I also wanted to know if it would be better to go with a more low end cam that would produce more low end torque or go with a high end cam that would turn more Rpms. The car is a 2000 WS6 Trans Am has a 6 speed, most bolt ons, 4.10 and some spray.
