Block tolerence

What kinds of power can the stock ls1 bare block take with aftermarket rotating assembly?

i met a guy at the dyno who said his block was honed .02 over for cleanup for a forged rotating assembly, and 200 shot of n20 put down 610rwhp. i just dont know if thats typical, i hope so.

A guy up here with twin turbos ran over a thousand hp with stock block and crank.
