Is this bad for your trans?

When your coasting at about 35-40 mph and put it nuetral does this hurt. What about revving while costing and in nuetral. Provided you wait till the rpms drop all the way b4 shifting in and out of nuetral can this cause damage?

nope not at all just don't put it in gear at high rpms.

You'll find yourself getting breaks more often if you do that.

not if you push into neutral early and cost for 1/2 mile
