They are LS7 lifters

or are the comp lifters better
http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp...d=146&catid=50

I am sure that the comp ones are better but I just need some new lifters for when I do my cam install the TSP Torquer v2

Or are the Comp High energy or pro magnum lifters and better?
All opionions welcome.

People were having probs with the comp lifter failing. I'd go LS2.

Comps have been **** for a while. I wouldn't put them in my lawnmower.

You can just use the Melling OEM style lifters for $160 or the GM replacements.. They are all the same as the other stuff besides the high $$$ stuff like the Morel.

What about the Cadillac lifters I hear people talking about (from their racing team)? They're supposed to be good to something ungodly like 8500rpm and have improved oiling???

The problematic comp lifters are only the Comp "R"s.

The stock replacement LS1 lifters from GM are all the LS7 lifters now. Just got a set from SDPC for $99 plus shipping.
