any suggestions?

I am installing an elctric water temp gauge. I know the sending unit goes on the back of the passengerside head.(the same spot as the one on the driver side head just flipped to the back... Anyone that has done this do you have any suggestions of how to get to it. Top or bottom or do you have to remove other stuff first. I know my A/C lines are in the way and a few other things and I haven't tried from the bottom yet. Any suggestions will help. Thanks

Re: any suggestions?

Remove the coil packs and you might be able to get to it that way. AIR might have to come off too.

has anyone had to change the sending unit on the electric guage because it was too long? or are you all running the one that comes with the gauge.
