94 TA Upgrades
 

My friend who has a 94 TA A4 (who happens to have about 20K available to spend on his car) claims he can get a 4 sec 1/4 mile with the following mods:

Torque Convertor
P315/35/ZR17
Supercharger
about 400 lbs weight reduction
500 shot of Nitros Oxide
KN FIPK
Hypertech Power Prog
Throttle Body
Intake Manifold
SLP Loudmouth
4.10s
New Tranny
Camshaft
Headers
Crankshaft
Pistons
Rods
Rocker Arm
Ported MAF
pulleys
water pump
160 deg stat
subframe connectors
strut bar
and a couple of other things I dont remember but they were all part of a complete engine overhaul. Personally I dont think this will get him 4 secs, maybe 7 or 8. But I dont believe that will happen since I dont believe he can make it happen running a supercharger with Nitrous Oxide, Will somebody tell me if running the two of those together is safe. I dont think it is, but I could be wrong.

With 20 grand to spend he would be lucky to get it to run low 10s and stay together.As for running 4s i am not sure but i don't think the top fuel guys run that fast.

yeah thats what I was trying to tell him, he has no idea what he's talking about. As far as running NOS (especially a 500 shot) and a supercharger together no one told me if its possible, i dont think it can be done but I could be wrong.

Hes an IDIOT, and this is not lt1 tech.
