3rd gear, A4
 

ive had my SS for about 3 months now, havent had a chance to see if any mods are done on the car. i know about the loudmouth... because... obviously its loud :), anyway, when im driving normally, the car pulls fine but right at 3rd gear it drops to about 1000-1400 rpms and pulls like my moms lumina. is this normal? if not why would it be set to shift like that lol, thanks for responses

that's called converter lockup most likely. it can be adjusted by any of the decent tuning software out there

I don't know for sure if SS A4's have 2.73 gears, but sure sounds like you do.

If driving under light throttle it's like Timber said. Right after it hits 40-43mph the converter locks up and the car lugs a little. Real normal.
