Re: 2002 Z28 automatic upgrades?

Thanks for your help I'll really consider it my father has a 1996 Corvette Grand Sport with an LT motor puts out like 450 it's a real nice car I wanted to go to LS route though so I want to stay as much with an LS motor as possible I hear they can really put out I was on a website and I was looking at crate engines and they say that they put out 410

I wasn't suggesting that you should be building an LT1 engine. I was simply pointing out that I can't give you a detailed level of information specific to the LS1 engine. I haven't built an LS1 engine, never even owned one. Someone else will have to add to the very basic info that I provided. Not a whole lot of LS1 owners still active on this site.

I do know that it's not all that hard to make 500 flywheel HP on a normally aspirated LS1. You don't need to buy a crate engine.

You can get overlays like that from

Vinyl Overlays, Inserts, and Graphics for the Camaro / Firebird / Trans Am

Scan down the page to view the Brake Light Cover Overlays. Standard colors are $14
