Modified LS1 Has Idle Problem
I have a 1998 Z/28 Camaro with the following modifications: GM Hot Cam, Edelbrock heads, FAST 92mm intake manifold and throttle body, SLP headers, catalytic converter and oil pump.
At times, the car runs flawless. Then, at other times, it won't idle and dies when I come to a stop. It's unpredictable. I recently replaced the IAC, and I'm still having the same problem. I've taken it back to the tuner three times, and still no luck. Could the TPS be causing my idle problem?
I'd appreciate any advice that anyone has, thanks.

Re: Modified LS1 Has Idle Problem
just a shot in the dark, after work was done on my car it was running ruff & throwing a code which turned out to be a broken wire. on the back of the intake is a sensor & a tiny wire that runs to the computer broke, cost me $100 to fix / diagnose. goodluck!
