The MAF's diameter is 3" and so is that intake so it will fit.

But IMHO that looks like a pos intake...

If you can try to stick to a composite material for a intake i.e. moroso, K&N, Holley. They may not be as flashy but unless your all show no go then who cares.

If your wondering why the plastic materials do not heat up as much as the metal ones reducing engine heat.

Re: will this CAI fit. ...

The real K&N FIPK setup is very similar to the Moroso one, both mount the filter down out of the engine bay near the wheel well. That last ebay/homemade one you've linked to indeed looks like it sucks in a bunch of hot air, you definitely don't want the one piece setups...

On the two piece setup you were looking at, don't forget to figure in the shipping. Most of these ebay CAI's are doing a $20-$30ish buy it now but w/ another $20-$25 worth of shipping, which is a bunch of BS... I would not spend a total of $40-$50ish for one of these kits. Just shop the parts for sale section here and be patient. I got my Moroso CAI here for $75 shipped...

You can see in that one pic of the CAI assembled, but not installed. That the plastic plate bolts to the engine compartment and that the filter goes down almost into the wheel well area.
