ok im on my third rebuild by this guy and it starts slipping worse and worse. so i took it to the shop again and let the owner drive my car, besides the fact that the ***** adjusted my seat all ***d up, he tells me that theres nothing wrong with it and that if i pulled it he would take a look at it anyways, so i give it to him and he told me that he put new bands in 3rd and fourth and replaced all the clutches. so i put it back in and its slipping like a bioch and just flat out runs like siht. now i have a 18 month 18k mile warranty and i've gone from a 2.72 to a 3.23 in the rearend so its giving me quite a bit more miles than i have actually driven the car, but i have like 200 miles left on the warranty. should i go and watch the bastard rebuild it or what, i want to sue his *** off but i dunno if i can or how to go about doing this? anyone ever done this kinda thing before?
