Can anyone direct me to a site or help trying to solve the old problem of why they won't open. Just inherited from my father in law ( long haul trucker with no time for these cars) a 69 RS and a 69 RS/Z28. The Z28 isnt here yet and I'm trying to get the headligths working on the RS. All the vacuum lines look good and the sanister has been replaced at some point. I was told they were working before the engine was pulled. I'm putting a 406 into it in two weeks and would like to get a jump on the headlights. thanks!
