T-top help before the hurricane comes!!
This is for my 1997 Camaro Z28.
My T-tops are leaking I need to know what I can do to stop or limit the water from coming in.
My seals are fine the little passages in the seals are not blocked up so the should be draining the water out.
I am getting water in the plastic panel where the T-top handle is then it seeps out.
What's the problem?
What can I do?
I don't want to put foil tape on it because I don't want to hurt the paint or the seal around the side's of the T-tops.
Thanks for any help toy can give me.
Chris G.

Re: T-top help before the hurricane comes!!
try adjusting it?
if that doesn't work, for the hurricane, just run some electrical tape over the seams around the top, it will work, and stay on, and there will be very little residue when you remove it

I will have to try that after the storm.
I put some electrical tape over them for now.
I hope it helps.

Dude, Im in Miami, youve still got time. Toss some tarp over the sucker and cinder block it down where the tarp meets the ground, of possible.
Or, Take a utility bag and tape it over the leak. Then take out a big towel, cut a little hole in all four corners, and tie it down to each wheel/tire.
Oh and, Ive got a whole in my Convertible top, so... I had to brainstorm today lol
