This topic has been covered quite a bit. It doesn't work, plain and simple.

Not to be an ***. But I am so tired of hearing about those stupid electric superchargers. Whoever invented them things should be dragged out into the street and shot.

Jeez, you guys are dicks.

Did any of you even click the link he provided? didn't think so.

The electric superchargers he is asking about cost between $800-$1300 and after reading the info on the site, probably work pretty friggin' good. I, for one would like to know more about this. I read an article a while back where someone actually engineered an electric supercharger setup and it made an assload of HP.

Why the namecalling, I wasn't being mean towards the guy, just simply stating what is stated every other time this thread comes up. I don't see any customer cars in there, no dyno graphs, nothing. Just a whole bunch of marketing jargon.Tell you what, you go drop a grand of your money on one and report back your results.

I for one am grateful you guys found this and took the time to read up a little. I would have just passed it off as some modified leaf blower tricking noobs had you not actually looked into it. Seeing how the one I'm seeing draws 108 amps and spools to 135,000 rpm, producing 8 psi - it's an interesting product for the limits of stock LS1 or LT1 engines. I have nearly the price of this supercharger in my nitrous outfit.
