I'm working on a 72 camaro. Starter keeps cranking when key Is off. Pulled the started and bench tested it and works fine. I reinstalled and the starter did it again. I cut the purple "s" wire to jump the starter from battery. The starter runs on even with no power to the "s" wire. The only power the "s" wire has is when I touch it to the hot side of the battery to jump the starter and that's only for a milisecond. Anyone have an idea? I'm clueless.
