Question About 1999 Camaro SS

Hi, I Am Currently In The Process Of Purchasing A 1999 Camaro SS, But There Is One Thing That I've Seen That Is Bothering Me. It Seems That Both Of The Front Fenders Have About A Quarter Inch(Maybe Less) Of A Gap From The Door.Is This A Common Problem In F-Bodies, Or A Sign That It Has Previously Been Wrecked.
Thanks In Advance

The gap is more than likely caused from the car being jacked up improperly. There are tabs at the bottom of the fender, under the car, that look like they're jacking points, but they are NOT. When the car is jacked up there, it cause the fenders to bow out. If the fenders aren't cracked or anything it's a very easy fix to just bend the tabs back and it pulls the fender gap right back in line.

On this particular car, they are cracked. he tried doing that fix as you recommended but supposedly they didnt hold. What would be my other options in fixing this?
