Power Locks

My cars power locks do not work, the windows work fine but does anyone know what the problem is?

Check your fuses yet?

Z28SORR 06-11-2008 09:36 PM

Does this occur with both the remote and the lock door switch?

cblinkdude182 06-12-2008 09:22 AM

I checked the fuse box and in there all I could find was a LHDR or something like that and a RHDR, basically I thought it was the fuses for the doors, but there were no fuses in the spaces and not even a connector to put a fuse in. So...

Well no one ever answered me... Anyone, help?

Reviving an old thread of mine,:D, I don't have a remote and yes it occurs with both switches on both doors. Help?

Do you have power at your switches? I would pull the plastic backing out and test for power behind one or two of the switches. Then track back from there. There is also diagrams on the net and in manuals you can buy to track this wiring problem.

Shoeboxes diagram here should be close if not exactly the same as your car.
