was this option really available
was this option really available
My wife bought a new Z-28 in 1995 which i;m selling but, want to get the ad right.
Seems, because she worked for GM, there were options not readily available to gen. public
Trying to confirm if this is correct or some sales guy just trying to impress her.
3:91 rear gears/posi
Aluminum corvette calipers/12" vented rotors
Factory woodgrain dash inserts
I;ve posted this ad but don;t want to be stretching the truth.

None of these were available in my opinion. Here's a link that itemizes the option codes: http://www.f-body.org/tech/
codes
Thanks for the comments, I think.
I have talked to the dealer & yes, these are local dealer installed.
Turns out, the car was ordered by head of sales at Aurora Chev-Olds, him being some kinda hot shot ordered what he wanted.
When my wife went in to showroom, there it sat, seems he got "downsized" before he could take delivery!
There was a woodgrain or Aluminum insert choice, the alum. is actually pretty cool, the woodgrain is, well, old fashioned i;d say.
Again the dealer had a company that comes on site & does this.
The 3:91 rear gears are dealer installed ,right on the option/order/total cost sheet. HaHa
He couldn;t remember the calipers/rotor option.
But, the car was new, never out of showroom until she bought it, so ,can;t figure that one
But, he did say that they were very agreesive in dressing up cars to personalize em & still are with Caddilacs, Tahoes ,etc
Anyway, Appreciate attempt at explanations, i;ve had a ton of calls re car & i;ve only posted at this site
So, thanks
