M/T ET Streets on Sald Shooters....What Tire Pressure?

I just got the M/T 26x11.5x16 on the sald shooters and wanted to know what tire pressure was safe to run at the track? I mean how low can I go without the tire spinning off? Also I know that lower tire pressure isn't always the best, but can I run as low as 12psi as I have read?

I run E.T. Streets all the time. (Every day) I run 20 psi on the street and 15 at the track , with excellent results.:)

The sald shooters are 16x8 and Im afraid of going to low at the track and having them spin off.

If the tires are going to stay on the rims , screw them on from the backside so as not to blemish the front side. At 15 psi , you shouldn't have any problems. :)

have been down to 12psi (fun on the top end) with screws front and back.
15 seems best for hook and soppeed while being stable on the top end

I marked the tire/rim with nail polish(small dots) and started at 19psi. At 16psi the car dead hooked on a 3500 dump and the rim spun(dots about an inch apart). Since then I run 17-18psi with out problems. For me 16 was the turning point :D but I havent found the need to pin them yet.
