I've never heard of a *STOCK* Mach 1 touch 12s before. Do you have a link backing this up?

Re: LS1 HP Vs. LT1 HP

best I could find on the internet was

(FL) Red--- 5spd---2.038, 13.262 @ 105.78 * (stock)

But I have heard rare cases where they have touched high 12's before( rare, but just like an LS1, it has been done before)

But yeah, they arent as slow as you guys are saying

Only as funny as a stock LS1 ever touching 12's stock

I've heard about one Mach running a 12.9x but that was done on DRs (not really stock IMO). Put DRs on an otherwise stock LS1 F-body and there'd probably be quite a few hitting 12s in good weather.

I agree, Mach 1's are not slow (well the A4s aren't too fast) and they can run very similar times compared to an LS1 F-body...ET will be close, trap will usually be a couple MPH higher on the LS1.

Re: LS1 HP Vs. LT1 HP

i dont mind running a LS1 at the track. that is where i stand my only chance. andi have beaten plenty of them there. on the street from roll races is where they beat me, bad.
and from my experiences mach1's and ls1's are very similar. driver race if ya ask me

He should be trapping way over 105. With his mods he should be trapping107 Plus wich should easily give him the win over your 105 Trap LT1.
My Buddy has a 2002 WS6 and traps 107 stock. Dunno man, Just my 2 cents.

Not really. My LS1 ran an easy 13.2 on street tires w/a 2.2 sixty. With traction I could have easily ran 12's but I didnt run my car often enough.
