Okay, I'm almost done with my swap and I get to the clutch safety interlock switch and Im not quite sure what brown and yellow wire Im supposed to connect to it. I'm using this write up http://www.afrashteh.com/tranny_pics/T56.htm
maybe im just not reading into it much, but im confused lol
all its says is connect the 12 guage brown and yellow wires to the switch and thats it ??

Hopefully someone will chime in here. I'm about to do the same thing, and was going to use the same write up. I was just reading it and now am not sure either. from the original neutral safety switch perhaps?

See the wide plug on the right side of the pic?i THINK i see the wires in there. Pretty sure neutral safety is incorporated into the auto shifter. I really am only speculating, as i haven't physically gotten involved with mine yet, but that's what i'm leaning towards....let me know if that appears to be a step in the right direction!

The wires are on the connector that is plugged into the auto shifter. If I remember correctly it is a long thin connector with six wires. You will have to run extensions to the safety switch. The wire colors may be different depending on the the year of your car but they are the two largest wires. The other smaller wires are for the reverse lights and the hatch release.

ahh okay now it make sense, its actually sorta stated before. That write up was helpful but I didnt do everything in that order on it so thatsprob what did me in.
the whole swap was easy as long as you got everything.
