i need some help bad

i need some help bad

me and my dad are rebuilding a 67 camaro ss and we just set the motor in and we thought we hooked the right wire up for the tach but it was wrong, anybody know which wire goes to the tach on a 67 ss?

Old tachs usually go to the negative side of the coil.

HEI distributors have a slot that specifies "tach" output on then (If it is in fact an HEI distributor)
