ok i paid for a ultra z hood like 3 weeks ago 2 weeks ago he said its shiped a week passes i call him he says ill check.so i call back he says it was sitting there and they aint ship it so i brought it somewhere else r l express.well i go on there web site and the says it will be here in one day,so i call them to see if its there yet she says i need a trackin# i said i dont have one and he told me they wouldnt give him one she says thats unbeliveable and i cant do nothing w/o one.now at this point im pissed.does it sound like hes trying to screw me?im callin him today if he cant give me a right tracking # imm file a paypal claim if that doing work ill sue.i got it from on here from imyeepeepaw anyone ever deal with him?another thing that got me mad is when i paid him i told him it was a home address he doesnt tell them that so it it does come i have to drive and get it.

no excuse for 3 weeks. Although I think hoods need to be shipped freight since they are so large, I don't know if that would cause a delay.

Shipping engines through Averitt Express to NC runs me about 3-4 days. A hood should be much easier and take about the same amount of time. I will warn you that some of these freight carriers are the absoloute devil to work with.

i talked to the guy he said it cost $60 more to ship it to my house should be her tomorrow and he wants me to pay half that so i told him ill pay 1/2 when i get the hood so well see.

well still no hood im not calling or emailing anymore.he has to friday for me to get it or im takeing it to the next step wanting a refund and failing a paypal claim so well see. :mad: .this is why i hate internet ordering.

I'm not defending the seller's actions at all.

But be aware- Typically shipping services get a little slower this holiday week because they do 5 days work in 4 days. So even if the seller told the truth about the actual ship date, it might be slower than expected. I'm assuming truck shipping, and those places suk in comparison to UPS for tracking purposes. I'd give em another day or two to deliver.

well i paid this guy almost a month ago and he emailed him a bunch of times asking for a tracking # i have yet to get one like he trys to get aroung giveing me one.he told me tuesday he talked to them and it would be here by wed or thursay still never got so i told him im giveing him till friday for me to get if or i dont want it and just refund me.i made a paypal claim today.i think a month is more than plunty time to get a hood to me and i know im not alone on this one guys.

just got this email: here is the deal i need a number that they can contact you at it has beed there since tuesday and they could not set up an appointment to deliver so send me a number asap.

well got the hood today but on the back of the hood where it comes to a point on each side the fiderglass was cracked off sucks i know.how can i get this fixed? about what price?and can they do it
