well some time in the near future i will have to weld on the body on at least 2 of my vehicles. i need to make a spot weld holding in the seats on my truck and i have to weld in a plate in the stock battery location on my camaro because the stock metal is rusting out.

anything i should be worried about when welding as far as electronics go? i know i should probably take the battery out, but so i need to pull all of the fuses and stuff too? i will more than likely be using a MIG welder, i know how to weld i just dont know how the welding will affect the electronics in my vehicles

any tips are welcome! thanks

as long as the battery is disconnected you will be fine
