EVAP canister purge solenoid valve

hi! I have 2 cracked hoses coming off of the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve in this picture: http://shbox.com/1/evap_sol.jpg

can I replace just the hoses? If so, where can I buy them?

Thanks!

Re: EVAP canister purge solenoid valve

The GM part numbers for a 96 are shown in this diagram, but I don't think any of them are still available. You may have to make up some hoses with over the counter piping/hose. Sometimes you can splint the plastic hose with some vacuum tubing.

Re: EVAP canister purge solenoid valve

Any good auto parts shop will have a display of various straight fittings, elbows, couplings, etc. that can be combined with the correct diameter plastic tubing cut from a roll.
