ASR has NOTHING to do with the differential. You do not need an electronically controlled unit.
Since you have ASR you also do not need the ABS (3-channel) reluctor gear on the differential, since your wheel speed reluctors/sensors (4-channel) for ABS+ASR are on the end of the axle housings.
