I think the main question would be does a bumper to bumper warranty cover wear and tear because that is what they are going to count it as.

Back in '98, my dealer replaced the WS.6 emblem on the bumper cover because it started to crack. So....I think it's safe to say that they would cover chrome defects.

my dealer got all 4 of the rims off my camaro refinished after the chrome started peeling off...free of charge. i did have to sign some paper saying my rims are no longer covered under any GM warranty tho....but at least they're nice & shiny :D

what exactly is peeling ?? there was a guy that brought in his 03 300m and the door handle was peeling on the inside of the door. covered under 3/36 :)
