For my Dynamics of Machines course this semester, I have a project where I have to design a linkage to open and close a convertible top. I can use an existing linkage design, and simply change its dimensions so that it fits in the required envelope and opens to the required size.

I have to find or create three different designs before I choose one to finalize with the correct dimensions, so I was hoping to find some sort of detailed drawing of an F-body convertible top. I looked on Shoebox's site, but didn't see anything there.

Does anyone have a drawing from a service manual or something like that? It can be any generation Camaro/Firebird (even a totally different car, if you have it), it just needs to be detailed enough that I can see all of the linkage and be able to figure out how it operates.
