Convert Instrument Cluster from Metric to Standard

I am looking at a 99 Z/28 the car was drove down here from Canada and the owner is selling it here. It is low mileage (60k) which is what has my attention, only issue is that everything is metric on the instrument cluster. Is there a way to change this on these cars or am I just stuck with it that way if I buy it?

IMHO, I'd keep it that way for originality and uniqueness.
