Just like the title says, wheels were looking kinda ****ty, decided to get em sand blasted and repaint them, I already wet sanded them, but there are a lot of chips in the paint so I just want to get them redone.

Well, if I was in your shoes, and was at that point I'd try some rattlecan black first on a couple and see if I liked it on the car. If not, I'd go back to silver.
Your best bet would probably be powdercoating probably, or finding a place that has the proper paint for the job. If you are on a budget, then you could probably get away with engine paint in a rattle can. I rattle-canned my old motorcycle, wet-sanded, and buffed it out and no one can tell I used a rattle can on it. People's eyes bug out when I admit how I painted it.
