cleaning EGR valve get rid of P0400 SES light?
At random times I get the dreaded P0400 code lighting up my SES light. Obviously because I have headers and a catback it is probably detecting a loss of back pressure. My mods have been on the car for 2 years now and only since late last year did the code show up.
I'm thinking that perhaps my EGR valve is in need of cleaning. Those of you that have this code did pulling your valve out and cleaning it help to get rid of the code? What did you use to clean the valve after you get it out? Looks like it's a major PITA to get to the valve any tips on how to make removal and install easier? Thanks.
