Cant get my wheels off!!!

Ok today i was going to paint my calipers red, but I cant get the wheels off, i took the nuts and lock off but the wheel will not budge. Its probobly rusted on, does anyone have any ideas of what I can do

The wheel is just stuck to the hub. Just keep on working it and it'll come off eventually.

short of sitting on the ground and kicking the tire... .you could take a rubber mallet and hit on opposite sides (ex. outside left & inside right) to try to work it loose.

keep the lug nut on (but not tight) so the wheel doesnt come flying off.

I was always taught to take a hammer to the back side, since i dont like the idea of beating my $1200 wheels i think a rubber mallet would be a better solution. Hit the back side of the WHEEL ( not the tire ) and it will come off, and like said keep the lug nut on a bit.

At Discount Tire we run across wheels like this all the time. Just kick the absolute crap out of it. It will come off.
