i need someone with a good reputation to put these longtubes on, anyone recommend a shop?

I dont know where in Pa you are but Performance Specialties in Pottstown, Pa specializes(sp) in Camaros and mustangs. Not sure if they do longtube installation but my buddy got his catback done there. Very nice work. Also have a dyno and such. Check out their site- Here
