A/C pulley

I've removed the bulk of the A/C components, but I have yet to get rid of the most important part, the pulley. My friend with an 87 Trans Am GTA had his pulley taken off, and the alternator was put in its place because the idle arm was behind the A/C pulley. But my pulley configuration is diiferent on my 96 Z28. Will i also have to move my alternator?

Re: A/C pulley

No. You will need an AC delete pulley. Part number 10115875.
This will bolt in place of your compressor so you can retain the same belt.

Re: A/C pulley

If you got rid of your A/C and power steering, you would have to relocate the alternator.
