A/C not cooling

Hey everyone. I recently replenished my A/C refrigerant. According to Datamaster, I have pressure in the line at about 32 PSI at idle without activating the compressor. I switched on the compressor and the pressure increased to about 145PSI - 185PSI depending on engine RPM. The system did not cool the air and this was also corroborated by Datamaster as the sensor read 90* F. Any ideas?

The pressure reported on the gauge that was attached to the can was around 40PSI. I don't remember the actual pressure but it was listed as "good" on the meter.
