30th Anniversary Z4C options question

I have a 1997 z28 convertible with the "Z4C" RPO code. My car has arctic white leather interior and chrome wheels. I know the standard "Z4C" RPO code was for white leather/houndstooth center upholstery and white wheels, and that RPO code N98 is for chrome wheels. My car does not have this code. I am the 3rd owner, so the original paperwork is long gone. I have seen these cars with the full white leather seats have both white wheels and chrome wheels. Can anybody help me to clarify if the full white leather/chrome wheel combo was an upgrade to the "Z4C" option, would the dealer have switched the wheels from white to chrome at the purchaser's request, or did my car come with white wheels as the only option under the Z4C RPO code and were switched to chrome sometime later by a previous owner? Thanks, Tom

Re: 30th Anniversary Z4C options question

The Z4C option was the 30th Ann package which consisted of arctic white exterior with hugger orange stripes down the center of the hood, top, trunk and spoiler, white door handles, five spoke white 16" aluminum wheels (chrome wheels optional), and a white top on the convertible model. The interior was either the standard white and black houndstooth cloth inserts or the optional white leather seats, both with the 30th Ann logo embroidered on the headrests.

If the RPO codes on the driver door doesn't show the N98 option, chances are someone has added the chrome wheels after the car was delivered.

Thank you for the reply, that's what I was thinking. I just wasn't clear if there was something I was missing in my research on the topic.
