The bolt circle is the same - 5 x 4.75", but the offset/backspace may be a problem.
I'm pretty sure the C3 Corvettes run 0 offset wheels. A 4th Gen F-Body requires a wheel with up to 50mm (~2") of offset, depending on the wheel width. If the 17 wheels being used on the Corvette are 0 offset, they are going to stick out beyond the fenders on your car, again depending on wheel width.
If you could get the EXACT 17" wheel size, including the width, and the offset (or backspace), we could answer the question.
The front tires are too small. The 245/40-17 is a 24.7" tire. 4th Gens run 25.7" or 26.1" tires. The rear 295/40-17 is an odd size (I've never found anyone that makes it in anything other than a competition tire) but it is a 26.3" tire, which would work on a 4th Gen.

The stock wheels on a 4th Gen are 8.0" wide and have a 6.63" backspace. The wheels you are looking at have a 0 offset, hence the 4.50" backspace, and will move 2.25" toward the outside of the vehicle, putting the wheel and tire outside the fenders.
A 295/40-17 tire is way too wide to fit properly on an 8.0" wide wheel. The minimum width for mounting the Kumho 295/40-17, for example, is 10.0".
I wouldn't use them on a 4th Gen.
