Sounds like a heater hose. Try this:

Re: 94 z28 need some info on water pump hose replacement

#13 in the diagram is the flow control valve (orifice). But you indicate you need a hose.

These diagrams are out of the factory manual. You can find the same diagrams on online GM parts sellers. They are accompanied by a list of part #'s and indicate if the part is available or discontinued (or NLA = no longer available). Here's an example from Royal Oaks Chevy that indicates part #13 is available for $15.65 and is part # 10188036.

If what you really need is a hose, not many are still available.

F HOSES & PIPES/HEATER (LT1/5.7P). Fits: Camaro, Firebird | Royal Oaks Chevrolet Online Parts

Or here's a place selling complete new OEM sets

Chevrolet CAMARO Heater-Hoses | Heater-Hoses For Sale (New and Used)

Oh man, I had to replace one not to long ago.. Had to order them in a pair. I hope you don't have to do the same. They cost me a arm. But, then i replaced them both at the same time to avoid future pain.
