Not clear what happened after you "left her alone went out a few hours later and dine again't but she has done it twice so far....." Are you saying it did or did not start after letting it sit? If it started, did it continue to bog and putter, or did it run OK?

It continued and I would have to cut off and let set for a hour and she cranks rite up fine again

Sounds like a heat soak problem. Several possibilities:

-Ignition Control Module (ICM) - you can take this to an auto parts store and have them test it. Make sure they test it several times to make sure it gets good and hot. In any case, consider spacing the ICM off the head a bit to allow for more heat transfer:

-Optical cam position sensor module in the Optispark distributor - Scan the OBD-1 PCM for codes related to the Opti - DTC 16, DTC 36. There are also codes for the ICM - DTC 41, DTC 42.

You need an OBD-I scanner (with a 16-pin adapter for your 95's oddball ALDL connector), or software like Scan9495:

-fuel pump overheating. Diagnose with a fuel pressure gauge, when the engine will not start. We can provide you with the correct pressure readings.
