twin turbo or supercharger

I was wondering if you can put a twin turbo on my 97 z28 and if you can which would be better for all around driving a twin turbo or a supercharger and what is a good name and price of each

First time i told somebody this, but you will get it from somebody so it might as well be me .....do a search and/or go to the forced induction section.

Re: twin turbo or supercharger

I'd prefer a single turbo for ease of installation. Should easily do 800hp to the rear wheels with a 383. In comparison, turbos are more efficient power adders. I suggest lots of research.

Very good suggestion. My only beef is that "Maximum Boost" could use an update to reflect turbo progress over the past 5-6 years or so. Other than that, there is a wealth of info.

Re: twin turbo or supercharger

if you put either on a stock engine, your next question is going to be "who do you recomend to rebuild my lt1 to handle some boost"

www.proturbokits.com Makes an LT1 kit. I have their 5.8 / 351W kit for my Mustang. Haven't installed it yet, but my experience with them has been very positive so far.

This will help you some with choosing turbos and understanding what engine requirements and turbo requirements you'll need for your setup.
