turbos

hate to sound dumb but what is the difference between SC-60 turbos and T60-1 turbos.

60-1 turbos are made by turbonetics. the SC60 is made by precision. The 60-1 is a popular housing for big turbos, I know limit engineering takes the 60-1 housings and bores them out with garrett internals to make a lot of the popular sizes. Precision turbo also uses garrett housings I believe.

The standard 60-1 is good to 650 and the sc60 is good to 580 or so...

My twin turbo setup is almost complete the turbos are t60-1 p-trim
84 ar exhaust 73 trim intake wheel. whatever that means. I'm an old guy thats not a mechanic but I am learning fast. I have done alot the work on the car my self but the engine work I leave to the experts. my engine builder says with my setup I should dyno at the flywheel around 1400 hp . i'll know next week
