what about a/c, you keeping it?

How are you running the downpipe out? What size?

You can keep everything but ac the header is too close to the back of the accesoory bracket. you have to run the delete pulley. I think he is running a 3" downpipe with the turbo he has.

I ditched ABS, EGR, and air also.

well thanks guys.... I still need to test all the pipes for leaks, and im not sure how im going to do that yet. I may get some plugs like we use in plumbing to plug off the ends. But im not sure what to do to fill it with air or something to check for leaks...

Im getting it coated in Sterling from Jet Hot also so it will look bling!

If you guys have any tips for cheacking it for leaks let me know because I dont want to coat it and have leaks.

I made flanges for the headers with plexiglass, and then drilled and tapped for an air fitting. Worked really well.

There's not going to be any leaks, I welded them Are you doubting me???
