Turbo Fabrication Progress (pics included)

Well we got the headers done. THey turned out alright, but took a little longer than expected.

I got rid of the ABS and tried to get things back together. That is giving me hell and im really really annoyed with it. Unfortunatly its not my garage and I cant throw tools. lol. The lines are not flaring worth a **** and as ya know, you only have so many chances to try before you run out of line. lol. So any tips for flaring the OLD STOCK lines then please please please let me know.

well.. here you all go... pics...

You need to get back in your own garage fast. The only outlit for backyard mechanics like ourselves to relieve stress is to throw tools, express the finer explitives of the english language, or smash your most irritating drop light. ...Not that i've ever done any of that. Nice looking work though.

Make sure your using a metric flaring tool. Autozone rents them. When I did ABS Delete it was very easy with no problems. I used standard fittings with a metric flare.

We got the v-bands all on the headers and reducers today. All of the crossover is tacked up. Just need to weld it and then put the T4 flange on level. Everything flows really good and buts up nice. Im super impressed. Kyle is doing some amazing work (and the crossover did not take him long at all)

Also we got all the brakes back together and the front bled with no leaks (yet.. lol). Tomarro is finish welding crossover up, downpipe, nad support for the heavy T76. I do have a flex pipe that we are putting in the pass side of the crossover, we jsut didn't think about it till now. Oh, and we haven't clock the turbo just yet.

Here are the pics.... sorry if you have problems seeing anyhitng... these are taken from my phone.
