suggestions on what # injector??

suggestions on what # injector??

I just joined this site and seems to be a lot of information and skilled individuals posting on here.i was wondering which # injector i need to run my new setup.i have a 383 ci lt1,d1sc charger 14# boost,methanol injection, lt4 heads and intake (ported),FAST management system.my current setup has 50# msd injectors but i think they are too small.any suggestions??

you could prob up the fuel pressure and be ok, or else get a set of 60 lbers

Do you have any dyno numbers with what your putting down? The 50's should be sufficent. Does the FAST setup run the high or low Z injectors? If it runs the low, then the sky is the limit pretty much on what size you can up to. If it only runs the high Z's, then you can up to 60's, which i believe are currently the highest Z's you can buy. I'm running 60's on my setup, but thats also spraying a 150 dry shot and their hanging in their fine.

You seem to essentially be running a very similar setup to mine. I highly reccomend Mototron 60# injectors. They are perfect for your setup, as they work awesome in my setup.

LT1, 383, D1SC, FMIC, 15.3#'s of boost, ported LT1 intake, AFR heads 590 RWHP on stock PCM, and on pump gas.

This year I will be adding a methanol injection kit, and along with that some added timing with a new tune. It should easily put me at 650 RWHP or so given that my gargantuan cam wanted a TON more timing that pump gas would not give me safely.
