STS with long tubes?

I got a lt1 camaro with a full heads cam package with long tubes and i was wondering if anyone has put a rear mounted turbo with long tubes? Also where can i get some of the flanges to a t04 trubo see i got a new t04 , wastegate, blowoff valve and intercooler and i was going to try and make my own rear turbo kit any help or pics would be great.

Re: STS with long tubes?

why would long tubes make any difference at all since the turbo isn't mounted anywhere near them? if you can't find flanges you haven't looked around much.

If you are making a kit, then you make it fit with long tubes. The STS kit for an LS1 will fit an LT1 with LT's.
Click on the link and call, I may have an intercooler I can sell you as well as a bov.

I KNOW THE TURBO IS IN THE BACK! I was worndering where the cold side pipeing was runing sence the long tubes are in the way of the pipeing to come up to the motor. I really havent looked for the flanges just thought that someone could tell me where.

Any turbo manufacturer will have them, so will PTK, Forced Inductions, Burns, etc.
