S400?? Where to buy? (dallasturbo)

Okay I noticed on (dallasturbo.com)Magestic turbos the S400 is only 580USD....I emailed them and they said it is only 90USD to ship to canada.
http://www.dallasturbo.com/specials1.html

Now does this sound correct? It seems very cheap to me?

Where did everyone buy there T70-T76 turbos.

Right now Im awaiting a motor swap with cash.

Currently have a 355 with minor porting etc (stock COMP)
Trading (maybe) for a
383 LT1
4bolt splayed mains
Forged crank and internals
LE2 heads
Custom ground cam
Ported match intake
58mm TB
9.5ish:1 COMP

If I end up with my 355 I only plan on putting 6PSI until I build.

For the 383 I plan on running around 10-12 maybe even some meth.

So where are you guys buying your turbos?

i bought my MP T70 from vsracing.net
viren is a great guy to work with, and he also sells the s400's
S400s are a cheap turbo with high potential, unfortunately they are rather large

the only way to mount the s400 in an fbody is to stand your radiator vertical and fit it between the radiator and where the smog pump was. the T70 will not even fit where your battery was, FYI and the T70 is quite a bit smaller

What are your goals that you are even contemplating the 383, or a s400?

Well right now my buddy is low on funds and just got that 383 LT1 that its built. I told him I would swap him my mild 355 and cash. So he is waiting on his tax return to see if he can still afford to continue his project.

I wanted the S400 bc the price basically. I wanted something around a T76 but dont really wanna dish out the 1100 bucks for a DIY kit and run low boost.
If I dont get the 383 I may buy the MP t70 and just over the winter so some mild upgrades to the 355....maybe forged bottom end or something.

So Im basically waiting to find out on this motor to start spending any more money in my turbo setup.
Goals are basically if I have the 383 and the S400 run a high 10....if i stay with the 355 the goals are only like a mid 11. I would like to throw down around 500-600 WHP.

a 355 with a T70 will be capable of high 10s pretty easily too
