Procharger Rebuild

Anyone have a seal and bearing list for a D1, not the SC, just a regular D1 ? I noticed I am spitting some oil out the blower and figure the seals are bad inside. I'd rather do it myself than send it to ATI and wait for them.

Thanks,

Sean

TTT. I want to rebuild my D1 during the winter season. Procharger wants $800 to replace bearings and seals. Anyone have any information on this stuff? Ebay has nothing, procharger won't budge on sending me information.

Thanks,

Sean

take it apart... pull the seals and take them to napa and order the right chicago rawhide seals.

Then find a local bearing vendor..should be one close to you some place.Take the bearings to them..they will mic them and tell you what you need.Bearing and seals are off the shelf parts.ATI does not like to give out the part numbers.....thats because they like to pocket your leftover $750 more.

Have you done this yourself? Been able to find the parts for that much less?

I had a friend pull apart a vortech and bring them to a local bearing supplier, and it was going to be $450 just for the bearings.
