This is all on 91 octane pump gas. Keep in mind that i'm at 5300ft elevation also, so think I can get away with a little less octane. I saw no detonation on the dyno while I was scanning and air temp was 90deg. Timing is set to 26deg also. Made 535rwhp/619rwtq uncorrected through a single 3" exhaust pipe going into my cat back. I need to free that up a bit but will also be running cut outs off the long tubes at the track so i'm sure the numbers will be higher then that. I'd like to go a few ranges colder on the plugs, but these are working for me fine at the moment.
As far as using the washer reservior, thats what i did for more capacity. You can install the fitting at the bottom of the tank fairly easy. I found it easiest to remove the plastic cover in front of the air dam under the tank and just remove the tank to install the fitting. I drilled the hole on the underside below the fill cap on the tank, then used a set of parts grabbers (like the ones you use to grab nuts and stuff you drop in hard to get places) and installed the fitting through the hole, then screwed on the nut on the outside and used Goop sealent on the threads and nut. You need the Goop that methanol won't eat away. No leaks at all and it's in there pretty snug.
I don't think you should bag your n20 kit. You should be able to get it to run without any issues. Even if you run a 50 to 75 shot, that will make a huge difference.

That's encouraging. You probably have similar pullies on your motor that I have (6.66/3.0?). My nitrous has a dedicated fuel system so enrichment fuel would be 114-118 octane.

I hadn't though of using a retreiver to put the bulkhead in, but I'm sure I can do that.

How often do you fill your washer reservoir?

My pully combo is a 7" crank/2.86 charger. 8psi was all it was putting out on the dyno at just about 6000rpm. I'm at vortechs suggested rpm limit at 6k rpm. The washer tank holds a gallon of fluid. It doesn't seem like it uses much meth at all. I probably made a total of 10 dyno pulls and the level maybe dropped around 1" or 2. Haven't been to the track yet to make longer runs, but I would imagine the tank would have more then enough to run all night. I'll run my n20 bottle down way before i'd use up the meth in the washer tank i'm sure. But i'm still curious how much it will actually use when i head out there. Probably in a week or 2, then i'll know for sure. I would keep your n20 kit in. Boost in your setup is one thing, but you'd be supprised what even just a 50 shot would do. Your car will be a whole different animal. With my old setup in my sig, all in the same night, on boost alone, it ran in the 12.80's to 12.70's up here. Spraying it with a 75 shot launching at the same rpm (around 3500 to 4000) with around the same 60 foot times gave me my sig times. I was pretty amazed.

IMO, with boost, Meth, and Nitrous with a dedicated fuel system, you're just asking for a blown engine. You essentially have no less than THREE fuel systems that all have to work or the engine is smoked.
