Low lift vs high lift?

What would be the torque or power advantage from the low lift version of the xe 224/236 to the Higher lift version???

Is there any real advantage??? WIll it lower boost but make more power???

Good question considering I was asking my self the same question. I have th low lift version of this cam in my car right now and so far so good. i wonder if going bigger would be better?.

Richard mentioned it was not worth it unless you are "on the job" anyways... I found a deal on some intake titanium valves for 99 bucks...

I wanted to go from 2.02 to 2.05 tit valves and titanium retainers and go to the high lift version and rev to 6300... I thought that would gain more power everywhere but I am not sure if its worth the hassle and the ammount of $ on it... close to 900 bucks I believe.. since price of cam, installation, exhaust tit (assuming 99 bucks too)valves, springs, and titanium retainers.. It would be quite some money... Then I thought.. its better to put those 900 bucks elsewhere on a T-trim and add more boost all the way and make more power with more boost since the T-trim is more efficient, bigger and heavy duty.. a nice set of cogs and I can also sell my S-trim (new) and make up for it...
